HireCenter provides subscription services to organizations for Talent Acquisition Services. Organizations are assigned to a team lead by an experienced Account Manager. Each team has dedicated recruiters who work endlessly to find the right match for the open position. Based on your Subscription Tier, you will receive candidates that have been recruited and vetted to match the skills, qualifications, education and experience of the job you need to fill.
Our Teams consists of Account Managers and Recruiters. Upon enrolling in a subscription, you will be assigned to a team. Our cloud based portal will gather information about your organization, culture and open positions you need to fill. Your Account Manager will work with you to build job descriptions, identify preferred qualifications and will initiate the recruiting process. Recruiters, utilizing advance technology and practices conduct searches to find the right people to fill your positions.
